ORDERING DETAILS
1. ENQUIRE Online
Request a quote and we will send you all the information you need. Once you are happy to proceed, simply pay a 50% deposit to lock in your booking.
2. Prepare for your event
Seven days before you event, you will be required to make full payment. We will send you an invoice to provide you with all the information you need.
3. Collect equipment
Collect equipment from Richmond, Victoria, 3121, or organise your own courier to collect it for you. Talk to us about your preferences for collection.
4. Party On
On the day of the event, we provide 24 hours remote assistance to ensure everything goes to plan. If you have technical difficulties, just give us a call and we’ll resolve it straight away.
5. Return equipment
After the event, simply drop the equipment back to the collection point, or arrange a courier to do it for you.
