How it works
Music Source
Use a music or sound source that works for you. Use your iPod, smart phone, laptop, PA system, stereo or even a professional DJ system.
Transmitter
Connect up to three of your music sources to the transmitters provided to you as a part of your hire package. Full instructions are provided.
Headphones
The transmitter broadcasts the music to the individual headphones. Tune in to the channel on your headphones to hear the music or audio.
HOW HEADPHONE HIRE WORKS
There are up to three channels of audio which you can utilise. These three types of music can be set up by the party host and selected by the headphone user depending on their prefernce of music style- e.g. kids, country and pop. Or you could connect up a PA system, live DJ and Karaoke machine.
The three transmitters have a standard 3.5mm audio jack, which suits most audio equipment (laptops, mp3 players, iPhone 6 or earlier etc). However, if you intend to use a newer Apple device (Lightning) or a typical Android device (USB type C) we can provide adaptors for you at a nominal charge.
